Hands & Voices is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to supporting families and their children who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as the professionals who serve them. We are a parent-driven organization that is unbiased towards communication modality or methodology. Our diverse membership includes those who are deaf, hard of hearing and their families who communicate orally, with signs, cue and/or combined methods. We exist to help children reach their highest potential.

WVH&V was selected as the recipient of a grant through the WV Newborn Hearing Screening Project to assist with the follow-up of WV babies who miss or do  not pass their newborn hearing screening and to provide support and  training opportunities for parents of infants diagnosed with hearing loss.
