As part of WV Hands & Voices Parent Support Program, this  parent of a deaf or hard of hearing child will provide follow-up and outreach services on behalf of the Newborn Hearing Screening Project offering unbiased information and support. Hands & Voices is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to supporting families and their children who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as the professionals who serve them. We are a parent-driven organization that is unbiased towards communication modality or methodology. Our diverse membership includes those who are deaf, hard of hearing and their families who communicate orally, with signs, cue and/or combined methods. We exist to help children reach their highest potential.
